Meet the founder
Yvan spent years in the relocation industry managing HR and recruiting for banks handling 1099 contractors across more than 20 countries. He built the systems, navigated the compliance, and kept the people side running smoothly at an international scale.
He then took on the full HR department of a psychiatric clinic — overseeing recruiting, onboarding, training, offboarding, and day-to-day supervision of staff in one of the most demanding and compliance-sensitive environments in healthcare.
Yvan went on to build a solid reputation as a network builder when he was hired by a nationwide organization to construct a brand-new network of mental health professionals for a newly opened psychiatric unit within a hospital — a project that required equal parts recruiting expertise and relationship capital.
He also worked as a mental health therapist for many years, cultivating the art of building relationships and handling some of the most difficult situations when those relationships break down. That clinical background is the foundation of his mediation practice — bringing genuine empathy and proven technique to every workplace conflict.
